"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from Traveller Collective and the item itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the shipping took way longer than I expected and I didn’t really get clear updates along the way so I kept checking the tracking over and over like maybe something would change, it wasn’t a terrible experience but it was definitely annoying and I probably wouldn’t order if I needed something by a certain date.

I ordered a few things and somehow the wrong items showed up. I reached out to support hoping they’d sort it out, but nothing really got fixed. Frustrating tbh, not what I was expecting at all.

"Didn’t feel special, and support made it worse"
I bought this hoping it would be something meaningful to hold onto for the memories, but it just felt kind of cheap when it arrived. I was disappointed because I really wanted to love it. When I reached out to support, I felt like they were putting the blame on me for expecting too much instead of actually listening, which made the whole experience feel even worse.

I tried browsing and placing an order, but the website was annoying. Pages took a while to load, the menus felt confusing, and the checkout steps weren’t very clear. A friend had recommended I check it out, so I was expecting it to be easier, but I ended up going in circles and just gave up. Not a great experience.

"Personalization felt a bit limited"
I was hoping there would be more ways to personalize it but there really weren’t that many choices so it felt kind of limited and I ended up wishing there was a little more to play around with.

"Pretty good deal overall"
I ordered from travellercollective.com and thought it was a decent value. The price seemed fair to me, and the quality was nicer than I expected for what I paid. I mean, shipping was a bit slower than I wanted, but somehow that made it feel like more of a real travel keepsake purchase, if that makes sense. It still didn’t feel overpriced like a lot of travel souvenir stuff does. Overall, I’m happy with it and I’d probably order again.

"Looks better online, right?"
I really liked the idea of this piece and thought it looked great in the photos, but in person it just didn’t feel as nice as I expected. Maybe it’s just me, but it felt kind of cheap for the price, and it started scratching way faster than I thought it would. I was expecting something a bit more solid

"Looks nice, but the slow pages are on them"
The site does look clean and the maps are cool, I’ll give them that. But the pages loading so slowly is really irritating, and that’s on them to fix. It’s easy enough to use, but the lag makes the whole thing feel way more frustrating than it should

"Cute gift, but kinda depends on the person"
I got this for my sister since she travels a bunch, and she did think it was a cute idea. The little pieces are nice and it feels thoughtful without being too over the top.
That said, it’s def a little specific. Like if someone isn’t already into saving travel memories or collecting keepsake type stuff, I’m not totally sure they’d end up using it much.
Shipping was okay, not crazy fast or anything but it got here fine. Overall I’d say it’s a decent gift, just prob better for someone you already know is into travel stuff.
